Senior Cyber Security Engineer

You must have excellent written and oral skills. An applicant must be self motivated and demonstrate an attention to detail. The candidate will be required to create and update packages for AF IC Software Certifications, DIA Baseline Authorizations, and/or DISA Authority to Operate (ATO) packages then create, review, and update POA&M items to conclusion. A qualified candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance

Have a strong understanding of Security, Risk, and Compliance for large scale computing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have past experience working as an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for cloud deployments. You will enjoy keeping your existing technical skills honed and developing new ones, so you can make strong contributions to deep architecture discussions.
10+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with Security, Compliance, and Risk Management
4+ years of experience with cloud compliance and security standards
Deep understanding of Cloud Computing technologies and migration challenges • Experience advising customers on cloud architectures and designs meeting US Government accreditation standards
Ability to conduct vulnerability scans and recognizing vulnerabilities in security systems
Experience implementing security controls and the STIG process
Experience architecting/deploying/operating solutions built on AWS
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Experience with US Government compliance and security standards, including NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, ICD 503
U.S. citizen and security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CISSP certification nice to have (CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP also nice to have)
